What shipping methods are available?

We offer Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and Local Pickup. Standard Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while Express Shipping ensures delivery within 1–3 business days. Local Pickup is available at our Malé and Hulhumalé locations.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the Maldives. We aim to expand our services in the future to accommodate international orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including cash on delivery, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards. All payments are processed securely for your convenience.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your order's delivery status.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page for detailed instructions.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund as necessary.
