Shipping Methods

  1. Standard Shipping — Delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Available for all orders across the Maldives.
  2. Express Shipping — Delivered within 1–3 business days for expedited orders. Additional charges may apply.
  3. Local Pickup — Available at our designated store locations in Malé and Hulhumalé. Customers will be notified when their orders are ready for pickup.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping method selected, and product availability. For custom or bulk orders, additional processing time may be required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through our carrier’s website.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Delivery is available only within the Maldives.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted areas.
  • Some remote islands may have extended delivery timelines or limited shipping options.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or refund as necessary.
