Condition — Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Custom or special-order products
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Damaged items not reported within 48 hours of delivery
Return Process

Step 2 — Provide your order number, item details, and the reason for return. Attach photos if applicable.

Step 3 — Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the item.

Step 4 — Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the item is returned due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For partial refunds, only the eligible amount will be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
